Governance

The SBA Board of Directors meets at least six times per year. The Board of Directors consists of 14 members who are elected to three-year terms and can serve two consecutive terms. Members are nominated by the Board Development Committee and are elected by the Board members.

St. Bernard Academy is an independent, Catholic school, not affiliated with any parish within the Diocese of Nashville. St. Bernard Academy has 501(c)3 status and is a not-for-profit corporation governed by an elected board.
